My name is Kamila Qurratuaini. I was interested in art at the first years of primary school. My first inspiration to draw is Tokyo Mew Mew (A Japanese Manga series). And then inspiration continues to come up from Disney princesses (I confess that I was such a girly girl :giggle:). When I was going to be a teenager, I met a character, Emily the Strange on my best friend's watch then I searched her on the internet and found her details. Right then I found a matching name between us so I made deviantART account with the name of ~AmelStrange, despite my nickname is Amel.

While browsing all over dA, I found dark arts in Photomanipulation and decided to try to learn it through Lune-Tutorials and other tutorials from outside dA. As I made a few of them, I combined it as a side project because I mainly do drawings than photomanip.

And as you can notice there my name is "Camilla van Batavia". That's only a tag line and don't be confused.

And now I'm trying to develop my skills and search for more inspiration and beside that I'm trying to be original too. I think that's all. Thanks.
